I was born in Bowmanville and grew up on a farm in Enniskillen. Growing up in farm country, I formed a deep passion for the outdoors, animals and the beauty of nature in all its forms.
I turned to art as a source of relaxation, finding the charm and discipline of pen and ink with watercolour best suited to my painting style. I have attended classes with pen and ink artist Claudia Nice as well as watercolour artist Karen Richardson. They have inspired, encouraged and challenged me to refine my observation skills and techniques in order to achieve detail and realism to my artwork.
I find pleasure in sharing my art with you and in teaching others what I have learned. A small home studio was started in 2010. As for the name, I went back to my roots and in memory of the family farm, Lynnwood Studio was created.

Welcome to my photo gallery. My rural heritage which inspired a love of animals and gardening is reflected in my art, from the birds and flowers in my garden to the rustic barns, heritage buildings and rural landscapes in the area.
Original paintings are available unframed with mat in a protective sleeve.
Art Cards are 5” x 6 7/8” and come with matching envelopes. The images are digitally scanned, printed, then cut and mounted onto blank card stock.
Reproductions are 5” x 7” digital images suitable for framing.
